I don’t know if you ever hit up Trader Joe’s…but we picked up some chocolate soy ice cream sandwiches last night, and they’re fab. And they’re double on the choco- the ice cream part, and the cookie part. Almost a dream come true. :-)

I do love fruit sorbet, but yes sometimes I needs me the chocolate! I like the dark choc/frozen banana idea…

I was thinking fruit sorbet as well…or homemade popsicles made from fruit smoothies. That or really fine dark chocolate covered frozen banana’s on a stick…be it a bit involved. :)

i make fruit sorbet….all summer long.
i’ve yet to find a chocolatey dairy-free dessert that doesn’t make me hate chocolate, to be honest. :(
